Providing Opportunities through TAC’s Student Grant

The 2023 TAC Conference & Exhibition is a great opportunity for professionals working in road and highway infrastructure and urban transportation to connect, network and expand their knowledge. To provide this same opportunity to students starting out in the industry, we are very excited to announce the recipient of the 2023 TAC Student Grant.

Congratulations, Matea Ceric, a current student pursuing a Master of Applied Science in Civil Engineering at the University of Waterloo, at the University of Waterloo.

Matea will receive the TAC Student Grant to attend the 2023 TAC Conference & Exhibition in Ottawa, Ontario, September 25-27 which includes a full registration to the event, free accommodation, and travel to the conference.

Students who attend the TAC Conference & Exhibition will have the chance to enhance their educational and professional opportunities and be involved in one of the largest national gatherings of transportation professionals in Canada. TAC offers low-cost conference registration for students by providing them with full access to the event, including meals, for as low as $250. There is also free registration for students on the Tuesday of the event, otherwise known as Student Day.
